The First South Pacific Ocean Cartoon Contest:
 
Rules:
1)The contest is open to all artists, cartoonists and
illustrators.

2)Theme:Challenge

3)Each participant may send max 2 works.

4)The size of works should be A4(21X30)cm or A3(30X40)
cm,digital files should be 100 Dpi per inch,not exceed
300KB,Jpeg format.

5)Any style,any technique will be admitted.

6)Black & white or colored will be accepted.

7)Enters should have not previously been awarded in
other contest.

8) Participants should attach full name, address
,phone number and character  with each works. 

9)Enters must reach not later than May 15, 2004.

10)Enters must be sent to:

11)Awards will be the following:
First prize:1000 USD
Second prize:750 USD
Third prize:500 USD
Special prize will be award

12)Participants accept the jury's decision.

13)Each selected artist who pay the shipping cost will
receive a copy of catalog.

14)Exhibition will be held in Jury,1,2004 in South
Pacific Ocean Art House.

15)All works will not be return to participants.
