Artistic Resume

左晋，1968年6月生于河北。自幼酷爱书画，80年代初期师从多位艺术大师潜习国画艺术，练就了坚实的绘画功底；后创办神笔集团，经营广告及动画行业，在北京、上海、深圳、杭州、哈尔滨等地设有多家分公司；经营文化事业的同时，致力于油画的研究与创作，自创“感觉”画派；现为黑龙江美术家协会会员、北国书画院画家、中国动漫画协会会员神笔集团董事长。 　　 左晋的绘画作品多次在国内外画展中获奖，得到专家及同行好评，数十幅作品被全国各地美协、美术机构、新加坡等海内外友人收藏出版。其获奖作品：《有风的季节》参加赴美国洛杉矶、旧金山、举办的东北三省画展；《顾影》参加日本福冈市与大阪市举办的国际画展；《暮秋》参加全国遵义杯书画大展，获三等奖；《小山羊》参加全国书画大赛，获一等奖；《束缚》参加全国第七届花鸟画大展，获三等奖。

　　 Zuo Jin was born in June, 1968. He loved painting and calligraphy very much from his childhood. He studied traditional Chinese painting under some masters of art in the beginning of 1980s and set up an solid foundation of painting. After that, he established Shenbi Group, which is engaged in the business of advertisements and animated cartoons and has many branch companies in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Harbin. While operating the culture career, he worked on the study and creation of oil paintings, and established “Feeling” School. At present, he is the member of Heilongjiang Artists Association, the drawer of Beiguo Painting and Calligraphy College, the member of China Animation and Cartoon Association and the board chairman of Shenbi Group.

　　 The paintings of Zuo Jin have won prizes for many times in the picture shows at home and abroad and have received favorable reviews from the experts and other drawers. Several tens of paintings were collected and published by the artists associations, art organizations all over the country and the friends within and out of the country such as Singapore. The paintings which have received the prizes are: Windy Season took part in the picture show of three provinces in northeast which was held in Los Angeles and San Francisco of America; Looking at the Shadow took part in the international picture show which was held in Fukuoka and Osaka of Japan; Late Autumn took part in the national painting and calligraphy exhibition in Zunyi and won the third prize; Little Goat took part in the national painting and calligraphy exhibition and won the first prize; and Bondage took part in the seventh flower-bird painting exhibition and won the third prize.

　　 左晋始终追求一种轻松自由的创作状态，作品的表现对象常给人以回归原始的本来面目之感，其每一幅作品都是极具个性生命的，融入了他对现实生活的理解及个人审美意识，是其彻底宣泄生命情感、情绪的本体表现。

　　 Zuo Jin has been always pursuing a kind of easy and free drawing state. The expressed objects of his paintings often give people the feeling of the true features of going back to the primeval. Every painting has the individuality of life. The understanding of realistic life and the personal aesthetic sense are put into his paintings. This is the essential expression of the catharsis of life affection and emotion.

　　 所谓“意象感觉”，就是其潜意识中具有象征意义的形象在心灵深处迸发出的强烈表现。他并不十分看中绘画的本身，而是以感觉的领悟来进行创作，以意象来感染人。在绘画技法及艺术语言上，注重线条表现及笔法运用，强调画面的视觉冲击，讲求画面的意境及哲理性，动静之间，皆有文章。

　　 The so called “Image Feeling” is the intensive expression which the image of symbolic meaning in the subconscious bursts out in the deep heart. He does not think very highly of the painting itself, but creates with the apperception of the feeling and uses the image to influence people. On the aspect of painting skill and the artistic language, he pays attention to line expression and the application of drawing method, emphasizes the visional shock of the pictures, and pursues the artistic conception and philosophy of the picture. There are articles between the movement and stillness.

　　 正如左晋给自己定的企业理念一样，“神”是思想，“笔”是行动，其画作可谓神来之笔。舍形求神，人画一统，只有当自己的情感、情绪完全释放出来，流入笔端的艺术才可获得自由，才能给艺术以创造力，更能给艺术创作以无限的遐想。

　　 Just like the enterprise concept which is stipulated by Zuo Jin himself, “Shen” is the thought, “Bi” is the action and his paintings can be called the magic pen. Giving up the appearance and pursuing the essence, the drawer and the paintings are unified. Only when the affection and emotion are fully given off, the art which flows into the end of the pen can receive the freedom, can give art the creativity, and can even give the artistic creation the boundless reverie.
